DR 2.1.0 good for 1.24d and 1.24e

since vettee the author of dr or delay reducer stop updating the program.. phoenicks from boredaussie updated the program using vettee's source.

##### Installation #####

Unzip anywhere and run.

no need to install framework etc... just download the program and unzip it on your desktop.


##### Usage #####

1. Run Warcraft III
2. Run DR.exe (run as admin pag windows 7 and os mo)
3. Type desired command(s)
4. Leave DR.exe running as long as you want access to commands
5. Type !dr <value> for desired ms
6. Type !cd <value> suggestion 1 para iwas countdown leaver

binago ko ung instruction ng commands kasi mag eerror pag inuna ung dr before warcraft mali kasi ung nakalagay sa original na instruction and ung nakalagay sa command prompt ng dr . para hindi mag error sundan nyu lang yang pinost ko na instructions.

##### Commands #####
Please note case sensitivity.

!dr <val> - Sets delay to <val>ms.
!cd <val> - Sets countdown to <val>s.
!mt - Traps or untraps the mouse to the Wc3 Window (use for -window mode)
