How do I find a game?

Hello, Just installed Pinoy.bnet. I am on Realm D2Cs, when I go to "Join Game" there is nothing and it appears no one is online.
I used the links on this page to updage D2 https://pinoybnet.forumotion.com/t202-instruction-on-how-to-connect-diablo-ii
I am running version 1.13. Are servers down or something? or does no one play d2 anymore. SO if you could please give me advice on how to join a game that would be great.

mostly some of our players are creating game for private,
so it will not appear on the lobby..
they usually played at night PH time
